Ajay Jadhav
- Founder & CEO
Ajay Jadhav is the Founder & CEO of Dellorz Pvt. Ltd., established with a vision to make wealth management and financial planning accessible to everyone not just high-net-worth individuals. With over 7 years of experience and ₹200+ crore in assets under management, he specializes in goal-based and need-driven financial strategies across equity, mutual funds, and other instruments.
Certified in Equity Research, Financial Modeling, and multiple NISM modules, Ajay combines analytical insight with practical solutions tailored to each client’s goals. His approach is rooted in trust, transparency, and integrity, helping individuals and families plan effectively across life stages.
He has also conducted financial literacy seminars, including one at IIM Ahmedabad for retired veterans, focusing on investment and tax optimization. Ajay believes true wealth lies not in how much you earn but in how wisely you invest and plan for your future.
Madhavi Lakhotia
- Director & Legal Advisor
Madhavi Lakhotia is a dynamic corporate lawyer and legal scholar whose career bridges law, finance, and wellbeing advocacy. She currently serves as In-House Legal Counsel at LenDenClub, a peer-to-peer lending platform registered with the Reserve Bank of India.
Her experience spans both regulatory and strategic legal functions within India’s leading financial institutions. With prior roles at Jio BlackRock Investment Advisers, Centrum Wealth and Centrum Investment Advisers, and Tata Industries, Madhavi brings deep expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions, Technology, Lending, Investment Banking, Debt Syndication, Institutional Equities, Wealth Management, Alternate Investment Funds, Broking, Insurance Distribution, Fin-Tech and compliance.
Madhavi has been conferred with the In-house Legal Counsel of the Year - Financial Services in September 2025; and the Rising Legal Counsel of the Year – Litigation, M&A and Technology in March 2024.
Madhavi holds an LL.M. in Corporate and Financial Laws from Jindal Global Law School, is an Associate Company Secretary, B.L.S. LL.B., and has additional qualifications in Cyber Laws and Business & Corporate Laws.
She is pursuing a Doctorate at Golden Gate University, San Francisco, focusing on the intersection of Finance and Law.
